Melissa Paquette was introduced to jewelry making in her highschool metalsmithing class. She was a metal arts minor at Colorado State University before taking a long hiatus from jewelry making. 20 years later she can hardly contain all the ideas waiting to become Lissa's Designs. Her work is mainly silver and gemstone. Currently she is working on equiping her own studio where she can incorporate a greater variety of metalsmithing techniques in her work.
