Energize Delaware is a great program but, there are those who take advantage and try to pad their pockets. Advantage Diagnostics LLC seems to be one of those and they bid $9,000 just for insulation and told me I had to use them. I found that I could get another auditor but would have to pay for it again. If you are looking to use this program, try to use an actual contractor who is willing to let you get multiple bids and let you choose the companies that will do the work in your home. I got another bid that was only $3700.
